    Boutique Fitness Studio is seeking an experienced Sales & Development Manager to oversee pre-sale and opening for our studio, which will be located in Doral, FL.

    Position Overview: Boutique Fitness Studio Doral seeks an energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused sales and development manager to join our team. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys building relationships, and has experience in sales and business development. The role offers growth opportunities and the potential to transition into a General Manager position.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership: Drive membership sales through personal outreach, networking, and outside sales efforts. Utilize the sales process to schedule prospects into intro classes and convert them into loyal clients.

    Staff Development: Train and mentor Sales Representatives to reach sales targets while fostering a positive, goal-oriented team environment.

    Lead Generation: Implement grassroots marketing strategies and actively participate in local community events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

    Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue, including retail and additional service offerings.

    Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

    Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from inventory management to maintaining the studio’s cleanliness and organization.

    Reporting: Utilize studio software to generate sales reports, track attendance, and manage financials related to memberships and retail.

    Community Engagement: Actively participate in studio marketing campaigns and promotional events to ensure brand visibility and engagement within the Doral community.

    Requirements:

    2+ years of experience in fitness sales or a related field.

    Proven ability to drive sales and build strong client relationships.

    Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

    Passion for fitness, wellness, and a mission to help clients live long and healthy lives.

    Experience with sales software and data management

    Professional, punctual, and reliable.

    Availability to work on weekends

    Fluent in Spanish

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Hourly Pay: $25/hour

    Commission: Commission on sales
