We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to focus on Weddings and special events for Berry Hill Resort. As a member of our Sales and Marketing Team you will help build marketing campaigns, update in-house marketing materials, keep our on-line listings current, respond to new inquiries, and conduct property tours. You will learn the banquet and event process, communicating with each department and maintaining our in-house administrative process for all events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our Marketing Manager to initiate new campaigns to increase business exposure

Collaborate with our Sales Team to ensure clear and consistent communication for all events with all other departments

Be available to learn and work events in order to grow and better understand the business

Prepare inquiry responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs

Qualifications:

Outgoing, energetic personality

1 year+ of communications, event, f&b or administrative experience

Ability to take the initiative on projects

Good organization skills and an eye for detail

Reliable with excellent time management
