    We are looking for a Sales Associate and Event Coordinator to focus on Weddings and special events for our clients. As our Wedding Sales Associate, you will respond to new inquiries, conduct property tours, and move events through the contract and planning process. You will then act as the Event Coordinator, serving as the host for these events and working with our banquet manager to facilitate Food and Beverage service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with our Team of Hospitality professionals to provide excellent events

    Coordinate event logistics through detailed communication

    Work closely with Brides to best provide the wedding of their dreams

    Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality

    3 years+ of event planning experience

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Good organization skills and an eye for detail

    Reliable with excellent time management
