    About the Role: As a Sales & Front Desk Associate, you are the face of Scenthound, providing exceptional service to customers and driving membership sales. You’ll interact with dog parents, educate them on the importance of routine wellness care, and keep our reception area running smoothly.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive Membership Sales: Educate customers on our memberships and wellness services to help dogs live healthier lives.
    • Engage with Customers: Build relationships with both dog parents and their furry friends, providing top-notch service and advice.
    • Manage Appointments & Records**: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer profiles.
    • Boost Performance: Help the team hit key metrics like average ticket price and rebook ratios by promoting memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales.
    • Cash Handling: Manage the cash drawer and ensure accurate daily transactions.
    • Customer Service: Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, building loyalty through membership retention.
    • Keep Things Organized: Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area that reflects our brand values.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Sales Confidence**: You love to sell and feel comfortable talking about our services and memberships.

    • Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
