    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Our exciting and fast-paced downtown Oakland law firm is looking for a Sales and Intake Coordinator to provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives. This position requires tenacity, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify the potentiality of new firm business.

    • Generate leads via inbound phone calls, social media and emails.

    • Assess eligibility and potential case value based on firm criteria.

    • Research and maintain lead database.

    • Create client files and enter them into case management system.

    • Follow-up with clients regarding case information and documents.

    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 years sales or lead generation experience required.

    • Experience researching and maintaining databases.

    • Litigation firm experience a plus.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Well-developed customer service skills.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
