    The Sales and Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your ability to provide excellent service and build rapport will be critical in setting the tone for a successful client relationship. We need someone who can:

    • Be the welcoming voice: You'll be the first person prospective clients hear when they call. Your role is essential in making a positive first impression and ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and confident in our ability to help.
    • Manage client intake with care: You'll dive deep into understanding prospective clients' legal needs, set up consultations, and ensure all initial information is gathered accurately.
    • Support client relationships: With your follow-up skills, you'll help build trust with our clients, turning warm leads into loyal clients while ensuring a smooth transition to our legal team.
    • Contribute to team success: You'll work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to ensure efficient scheduling, smooth intake processes, and seamless client experiences.

    What You'll Do:

    • Client Intake: Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, answering promptly and professionally. Understand prospective clients' legal needs and schedule consultations with attorneys, while providing accurate information about our services.
    • **Sales & Client Relationship Management: **Follow up on warm leads to convert them into clients. Keep meticulous records of client interactions and update CRM with all relevant information. Prepare fee agreements outlining our services, fees, and payment options. Reach out to clients post-consultation to ensure their decision to move forward with us.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to coordinate schedules, streamline processes, and ensure efficient client intake. Attend team meetings to provide updates on potential cases and client interactions. Support the organization and data entry of client files.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to meet performance metrics and manage client relationships.
    • Communication Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service to potential clients.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (spreadsheets, data entry). Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
    • Team Player: Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
