    Job Description: Classic Cleanouts, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Administrator to join our team. This role involves answering phone calls and assisting with basic sales and marketing activities. You’ll also support our organization with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is upbeat, easy to talk to on the phone, goal driven, highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills, and has an interest in sales and marketing.

    Responsibilities - You’ll support our 4 lines of business by:

    Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service.

    Working closely with prospective inbound customers to answer questions and complete their transactions over the phone. Following up timely where needed to close a sale.

    Assisting with basic marketing activities, such as reaching out to potential clients using provided templates..

    Keeping our sales and marketing systems clean and updated. Supporting our non-sales staff with the responsibilities of the sales and marketing technology.

    Performing light administrative tasks, including data entry and managing internal schedules.

    Assisting with social media platform management (including some posting).

    Handling email correspondence and follow up with clients as needed.

    Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

    Contacting clients regarding overdue invoices.

    Highly organized with effective project prioritization and time management skills.

    Qualifications:

    To be effective in this role you must be highly organized and goal driven. At times you will have competing priorities, so you will need to be able to keep yourself organized to complete what comes in. For many customers, you will be the voice of our company, and in down time, you will pursue new customers so an excitement for winning will be key to success in this role.

    You must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both written and verbal).

    Friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to.

    Ability to handle the occasional upset customer.

    Comfortable with basic data entry and administrative tasks.

    Knowledge of Microsoft office .

    Interest in sales and marketing.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Ability to work with others as a team.

    Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

    Hub Spot experience is a plus
