Thank you for stopping by PDT’s job posting for the Sales and Marketing Assistant! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who loves organization, project management, and keeping things on track.
In this role, we are looking for someone who is able to provide administrative support to our Sales and Marketing team: running reports, scheduling meetings, taking notes in meetings, developing quotes, timeline management, booking travel accommodations, and keeping a pulse on project progress and completion. As such, an innate ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, prioritize, and manage several tasks and projects simultaneously is essential.
Further, our Sales and Marketing team works with several different software programs and platforms, so proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel) is extremely important. An aptitude for learning new software is also vital.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who wants to have FUN at work!
