    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the clinic's marketing initiatives, enhance customer experience during the initial sales process, and drive sales. Our customer leads come from our social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, as well as from tent/table displays that we do at community events a few times a month. This role is critical in establishing and achieving business goals, ensuring a smooth client sales journey, and expanding our brand presence in the community.

    Position Overview

    The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the General Manager with daily marketing operations, managing (converting) leads, coordinating cross sales, and driving promotional efforts. This is a goal-oriented position, where setting and meeting key objectives is essential to success.

    The ideal candidate is sales-driven, organized, and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and executing marketing strategies in the wellness and aesthetic industry. We are looking for someone with strong sales experience, preferably someone with experience converting customer leads to confirmed appointments for a medical spa, laser clinic, weight loss clinic, wellness clinic, or hormone therapy clinic.

    Key responsibilities, duties and expectations

    Sales & Client Engagement The ideal candidate is highly skilled, relentless, and creative in finding ways to communicate with leads, convince them to schedule appointments, and get them to show up. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to constantly learning and perfecting their skills. 4Ever Young is a hip, innovative and fun place to work.     Lead Management: Engage with leads from online platforms and referrals by calling, texting, and emailing leads daily, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion.

    Manage all new leads that come in from social media advertising and convert them to patient appointments by frequently calling, emailing, and texting.

    Call all new leads that come in during work hours within 10 minutes or less.

    Convert 40% of leads to appointments

    Ensure that a minimum of 90% of scheduled patients show up for their appointments; maintain a less than 10% rate of no-shows & cancellations that don't reschedule.

    Sales Coordination: Convincing leads to schedule a free consultation, ensuring leads show up for appointments, upsell services, and work toward maximizing lead to client conversions.

    Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure they show up for their appointments

    Goal Achievement: Work closely with the GM to define specific sales and marketing goals and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

    Follow up on new leads as many times as required; meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead conversion and scheduling appointments

    Credentialing: Credential our providers, products and services to drive lead conversion.

    Learn 4Ever Young credentialing information for your center; familiarize yourself with basic information about all products and services so you can answer questions.

    Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our products and services – find what you love and share your experience with patients!

    Client Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience by addressing inquiries during the initial contact, coordinating services, and following up on feedback.

    Inform leads of promotions, discounts, and membership programs that may save them money or be a great fit for them. Be prepared to talk about the benefits of the membership program. Proactively offer to add patients to our mailing list or send them info about upcoming promotions.

    Marketing & Social Media Strategy To help with the creation of leads, the position requires to increase 4Ever Young-Johns Creek’s visibility in social media and events to help generate and improve quality of leads.

    Content Creation & Promotion: Create and manage digital content for social media (Instagram, Facebook), balancing cost, quality, and the frequency of posts. Develop engaging posts and stories to promote clinic services and offers.

    Influencer & Ambassador Management: Identify and manage relationships with local brand ambassadors and influencers. Coordinate promotional efforts and track their effectiveness in driving client engagement and brand awareness.

    Goal-Driven Social Strategy: Establish measurable goals for social media campaigns, including growth in followers, engagement rates, and conversions.

    Event Promotion: Plan and execute promotional events and set clear objectives for each promotional effort with the objective of generating leads/customers.

    Community Outreach & Partnerships

    Business Collaboration: Assist GM in the development of partnerships with local businesses to co-promote/cross-market services. Focus on businesses within the wellness and aesthetics sectors.

    Event Planning & Promotion: Help the GM in the organization and coordination of local events to promote the clinic, working with the team to ensure participation. With the goal of creating and converting leads.

    Event Framework: Determine the scale and strategy for each event, from small community meet-ups to large-scale promotions.

    Goal-Based Event Strategy: Set specific goals for each event and track the success through lead generation and sales.

    Operational & Managerial Support

    Team Coordination: Assist the GM in organizing team participation in events, ensuring that staffing and resource needs are met for successful execution of promotional efforts.

    Ad-hoc requests: Provide direct support to the GM by assisting with ad-hoc requests and managing requested operational tasks. This includes everything from marketing coordination to ensuring a smooth flow of cross sell coordination.

    Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service, ideally in the wellness, medical spa, or beauty industry.

    Experience with online leads and sales conversion required.

    Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and event planning preferred.

    Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    Skills:

    Strong sales skills with a proven ability to set and achieve goals.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.

    Digital native and active on social media platforms, skilled in organic social media marketing.

    Skilled in promotional event planning is preferred.

    Fluency in Spanish is an added advantage but not required

    What We Offer - Compensation and Benefits

    Base pay: $15 to $20 per hour, depending on level of relevant experience.

    With high-level performance, you can earn upwards of $35 to $55 per hour, including your base pay, commissions, bonuses, and special incentives.
