    “Paul Davis Premier” is the largest Paul Davis franchise in New England and one of the largest restoration companies in the region by sales. We have 3 offices serving Boston Metro, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

    Position Overview The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, including data management, event coordination, collateral development, and project monitoring. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager and works closely with the marketing and sales teams.

    Schedule

    Flexible Full-Time schedule, In office.

    Maybe required to work outside of work hours including weekends.

    Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

    Collateral Development

    Create and refresh marketing materials such as success stories, event promotions, and case studies.

    Develop targeted collateral to showcase our unique value propositions for various industry sectors.

    Customer and Prospect Communication

    Design and implement communication strategies for both current and prospective clients.

    Manage LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

    Craft and execute focused email campaigns using CRM and prospecting tools to reach key audiences.

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging with sales objectives.

    Sales Events and Activities Management

    Maintain a comprehensive calendar of sales events and activities.

    Organize and coordinate both formal events (e.g., seminars, training sessions) and informal gatherings (e.g., networking happy hours).

    Handle event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site support.

    Attend events to manage company involvement and ensure smooth execution.

    Commercial Project Monitoring

    Track the progress of sold commercial projects and provide timely updates to the sales team and leadership.

    Identify challenges and work to resolve issues that may hinder project advancement.

    Support weekly customer updates to ensure transparency and build trust.

    Data Management Support

    Conduct daily audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Quickly address and resolve any discrepancies in the CRM system.

    Utilize tools like GIS, ALN, and ZoomInfo to identify and add target commercial clients to the CRM.

    Conduct research on commercial clients using LinkedIn and web search methods to gain deeper insights into organizations.

    Sales Data Reporting

    Gather and analyze weekly sales data.

    Prepare concise reports and summaries for the sales team and leadership.

    Present findings and insights during regular sales meetings.

    Administrative Support

    Order business cards and company apparel as needed.

    Prepare press releases and other related sales and marketing tasks.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

    Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or similar administrative roles.

    Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

    Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Willingness to travel for events and accommodate a flexible schedule as required.
