We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Director of Sales and Marketing. This role will be pivotal in increasing awareness of our school, generating leads, and ultimately growing school enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing skills and a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
Sales Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Develop effective sales processes to manage and monitor the sales funnel.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead-generation strategies to attract prospective students and families. Follow up on leads promptly, providing information about the school's programs, admissions process, and benefits.
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blogs, brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Partnerships & PR: Develop and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets to enhance the school’s marketing efforts and public relations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales reports, using metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement rates to optimize future efforts.
Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Previous 5 plus years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the education industry or willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
