"Bring the dynamic value of 1-Tom-Plumber and the PINK PLUNGER to Commercial and Residential properties across Long Island by leading a relationship building process of raising awareness and closing leads - so our service team can deliver 5-star solutions inspired by well-informed client choices."
Desired Outcomes:
Develop and coach a Sales and Marketing team.
Forecast, identify and target specific entities to keep the field and digital team intentional and focused.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team as well as for the marketing team.
Builds funnels, journeys and processes to support valuable relationships with our target audiences (clients, partners and prospective employees).
Collaborate with the operations teams to effectively close sales and ensure impactful digital content is delivered.

What We Have To Offer:
Blended Compensation Package, includes Base Salary ($80,000 - $100,000) plus bonuses & incentives.
