SERVPRO of Peoria is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager!
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. Key Responsibilities
Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activities goals for the business development team
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with contacts in our sales territory and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth
Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decisions
Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activities metrics vs established goals
Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual marketing plan
Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
A minimum of three years of direct sales and/or marketing experience is required
Experience with in-person, social media, and digital marketing development is preferred
At least one year of management experience
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Strong process and results driven attitude
Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position working a minimum of 40 hours per week. Normal schedule is varying 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to required attendance at or coordination of business, marketing, and community events, this position frequently requires long hours, evening work, and weekend work beyond normal hours. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
