Fitness Holdings Northeast LLC is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist for our Crunch Fitness location in Philadelphia!
We are a franchise of CRUNCH Fitness. We are headquartered in Greenwich, CT. Our mission is to launch a network of CRUNCH gyms across the northeastern United States. With franchise rights in Westchester County, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Northern New Jersey and Massachusetts, Fitness Holdings has 24 locations currently and is on pace to build 50 clubs throughout the Northeast Corridor.

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will help to create new sales opportunities and growth for Crunch Fitness Roosevelt and other locations in the Philadelphia region. This person will implement marketing strategies to fulfill goals for growth objectives and company branding. They will coordinate the marketing and outreach functions to enable execution of competitive strategies in targeted markets. They will coordinate, monitor and report marketing and sales metrics against goals. In addition. They will provide support, coordinate and organize overall marketing and sales objectives while reporting directly to the VP of Marketing for the company.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Research, develop and execute new opportunities for sales growth in the Philadelphia market.
Evaluate, manage and execute sales opportunities to companies, groups and prospects.
Monitor, evaluate and report competitive marketing conditions and local competition. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our services.
Manage and execute the brand image of the company.
Manage and execute the preparation and delivery of marketing materials including sales collateral, graphics, advertising, and promotional programs. This includes flyering of cars, knocking on doors, etc.
Prepare, coordinate, and execute marketing and outreach events for the club including in-club and out-of-club events.
Be the expert sales contact of the club. This will include the responsibility of assisting in the training of new front desk staff, administering tours, and being the point of contact for VFP, our CRM.
Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting the overall business plan.
Assist in sales and sales training within the club, including execution of marketing software and CRM within the club.
Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze, and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers.
Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
Manage all Crunch Fitness Roosevelt social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram, including daily posts and responses.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
