You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Sales and Marketing Vice President (CCO - North America) in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include:
Responsible for end-to-end market development and sales - leading key account managers through deal creation, customer focused processes, and overall customer relationships.
Help implement the strategic vision of the organization by aligning with Business Units in North America and Globally and collaborating to help present a common Framatome partner / team approach to our customers.
Supports the implementation of each business unit's immediate and long-term strategy of by innovating, collaborating, and aligning with the overall organizations goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and SWOT analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Manage & Lead Account Management, Marketing, and Commercial team
Lead the key account managers to the highest performance and in alignment on key business unit objectives.
Use the organization to develop leverages and optimizes critical relationships within the nuclear power industry to promote market presence and access to targeted work scopes.
Manage the commercial Communications & Marketing team to align commercial efforts with branding and promotional strategies.
Manage North America based Commerical Excellence team and collaborate with Global Commercial Excellence strategies to ensure alignment and implementation of operational requirements.
This position requires up to 75% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
