Young, energetic, busy, well-established family-owned commercial real estate corporation in North Palm Beach is seeking an Entry Level Sales and Operations Assistant to work alongside COO and Director of Marketing and Administration.
Eligible candidates must possess exceptional organizational, written and verbal skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversight or management, and must have thick-skin to handle high pressure environments. This is a great, long-term position for someone that is interested in a career where they can grow to understand the ins-and-outs of all aspects of the business while assisting the COO and Director of Marketing and Administration to ensure exceptional, and consistent standards are executed and maintained at the highest level.
This is a broad role encompassing many aspects of the day-to-day overall business operations and requires a CURIOUS individual with a strong affinity for learning new things and contributing across a very wide spectrum from basic administrative assistance to creative efforts to process improvement to business development and more.
