San Diego Charter, Inc. is a charter and party bus company located in Bay Park, 92110. We are looking to take on a motivated and detail oriented employee who can work with our sales and operations team part time. Our current Operations and Sales team assistant is graduating college and needs to train her replacement before her departure from the company in December. This job position is entry level and would be an excellent job for somebody who is interested in advancing a career in sales or business in the future. It is possible that this job could also qualify university students for college units as an internship opportunity. Job includes:

Answering professional sales emails for clients

Providing accurate quotes for potential clients

Using our online reservation system to ensure schedule is accurate

Taking payments and deposits from clients

Answering phone calls from clients to discuss reservations

Answering phone calls from bus drivers

Keeping social media up-to-date and engaging

Keeping track of exterior bus damage through our tracking system

Helping to onboard and hire new bus drivers

Client care follow up and ensuring good company reviews

Qualifications:

Some background in business/sales/operations would be preferred

College experience preferred

Excellent customer service as you will be working directly with clients

Driven and outgoing demeanor

Ability to navigate social media and maintain engagement with social platforms

Time management skills

Ability to multi-task and good with managing multiple projects at once

Willing to learn

MUST have Sunday and Monday availability

Starting pay will be $20/hour. Job hours are flexible during the week and hours are estimated to be 15 hours a week. Must be willing to work Sundays and Mondays. We are happy to accommodate your work or university schedule as long as you can maintain weekly tasks. This job also presents the opportunity for growth in the company over time.
