    Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pursuing a long-term career in sales and operations, eager to learn, and dedicated to success. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and managing key administrative functions, with opportunities for mentorship and growth within the company.

As the Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments, including sales, production, and graphics. Your proactive, organized approach will be essential in keeping processes running efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing sales reports, processing purchase orders, and managing client communication.
    • Operations Management: Liaise between departments (graphics, production, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow, project updates, and necessary adjustments.
    • Expense Reports: Process and manage expense reports for the sales team, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
    • Follow-up Tasks: Act as a point of contact between sales, production, and graphics to follow up on deliverables, ensuring all teams stay aligned.
    • Accountability: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility by independently tracking deadlines and project milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of any changes.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and streamline processes to improve efficiency across the division.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, administrative, or operations role within a similar B2B environment preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
      • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
      • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability—capable of working without micromanagement.
      • Driven to succeed, reliable, and eager to immerse yourself fully in the role.
      • Detail-oriented and capable of handling dynamic, fast-moving parts within the business.

    Why Join Us?

    • You will work closely with leaders in the division who are invested in mentoring and developing you.
    • Competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses.
    • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a dedicated team in a growing sector.
