Primary Responsibility: Organize, develop, and deliver marketing materials for proposals, qualifications, experience packages, interviews, and online presence.
Collaboration: Regularly communicate with Sales, Leadership, and external marketing teams (e.g., architects) to ensure effective project delivery.
Proposal Development: Create and execute proposal packages, including formats like OFCC 330, GSA proposals, and other client-specific requests.
Company Experience Marketing: Develop targeted marketing content showcasing the company's services and projects, coordinating with engineers for photos and client testimonials.
Presentation Support: Work with the pursuit team to create slide decks for interviews, including coordination with external partners for joint presentations.
Sales Meeting Participation: Attend weekly sales meetings to gather deliverables and plan upcoming marketing tasks.
General Marketing Materials: Oversee the production of various marketing assets such as proposals, collateral, email blasts, and conference materials, staying within the annual budget.
Online Presence: Lead the company’s digital branding efforts, including managing the website, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with plans for future social media engagement.
Budget Management: Assist in the monthly marketing budget review, ensuring adherence to set financial limits for marketing activities.
Performance Metrics: Track the number of proposals submitted, interviews participated in, and completed packages per quarter as key performance indicators.
