  • Responsibilities

    We are searching for a Sales and Service Coordinator to support our customers and craftsmen in our growing Home Improvement business.

    This position plays a pivotal role in business growth and development and drives first impressions for new and returning customers. The ideal candidate would be outgoing, detail oriented and have a background in sales. They would also possess the following qualifications:

    · 1-3 years’ experience in office or sales setting with direct interaction with customers

    · 1-3 years’ experience creating bids or estimates for construction or home repair projects, preferred

    · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    · Strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to work with and communicate effectively with people of various backgrounds

    · Experience with QuickBooks, preferred

    · AS in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience, preferred

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Essential Job Duties:

    · Field incoming calls from customers while providing exceptional customer service to a diverse customer base

    · Evaluate customer’s requests regarding home improvement and repair services and create accurate, profitable estimates for service using available software

    · Suggest additional services that may be pertinent to customer’s individual situation considering various criteria

    · Assign service requests to the appropriate craftsman using available software while utilizing efficient and direct time management

    · Follow up with customers regarding satisfaction of services received

    · Create and maintain a close relationship with customers creating repeat business opportunities

    · Accurately bill and reconcile for services rendered

    · Generate and interpret various reports regarding sales and service

    · Accurately maintain physical and electronic files

    · Participate in team building and process development sessions while keep a positive relationship and attitude with staff and coworkers

    · Perform other duties as assigned

    Schedule:

    · Monday through Friday, no weekends

    · 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
