    Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for quoting, selling, and coordinating the sales elements of the Service segment of the ASP business. This includes

    Meeting or exceeding Service sales targets by

    Responding to incoming leads for new business

    Managing and responding to incoming Alerts from field technicians

    Calling past or potential clients to follow up on sales opportunities

    Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to follow-up on Alerts and ensure successful implementation and execution of sold services

    Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and presenting them with necessary and beneficial options to improve their pool’s functionality

    Setting realistic expectations with clients related to costs and scheduling for all Service work

    Conducting market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies

    This is not an exhaustive list, and other duties not included above are part of the role as well. With the understanding that such duties are commensurate with the purpose of the job and have been identified as such by management, then such additional duties shall form part of the requirement of this position.

    Qualifications Essential:

    Ideal Candidates:

    2 or more years of sales experience

    Experience in the swimming pool industry

    Experience providing customer service

    Demonstrated ability to manage a busy, complex schedule

    Compensation and Benefits

    $50,000 annual base salary + commission
