As a Sales & Service Manager at Goldfish Swim School, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to teach children valuable life skills while building a supportive and exciting work environment for our team. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Lead and inspire our front desk and sales teams to achieve excellence in customer service and sales.
Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient school activities in line with our standard procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to front desk staff, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
Drive sales through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and lead management.
Conduct regular audits and provide insightful reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Oversee the retail and vending areas, ensuring they are well-stocked, organized, and profitable.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for both employees and customers, enhancing the overall Goldfish Swim School experience.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider preferred. Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.
Work Environment:
While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
Certificates and Licenses:
Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid certifications and Ellis lifeguarding certifications required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required. Training will be provided. Certifications must be kept up to date.
