The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You'll be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in metro Detroit.

What you'll do:

Build customer relationships

Assess customers' needs & Deliver exceptional customer service

Assist in directing the workflow in the service department

Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives

Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively interact with our Customer's.

Sharing of ideas to improve process and customer experience

Qualifications

Retail sales and/or customer service experience

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Valid driver’s license
