Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Sales Associate. This hybrid role involves packaging our Grates (which are 18ft long )for dispatch in the warehouse while also engaging in telephone sales to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy combining hands-on physical work with customer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare up to 100 lengths (18ft each) of our grates accurately and efficiently for dispatch, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, adhering to safety and operational procedures.

Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with stock replenishment.

Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

Sales Responsibilities:

Reach out to existing and potential customers via telephone to promote products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.

Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail, especially in product packaging and inventory management.

Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.

Basic computer literacy for order processing and inventory systems.

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.

Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.

Training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move 18ft grates safely.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
