Uptown Cheapskate is a buy, sell, trade fashion store for young adults. We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for full-time and part time dual trained sales associates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Tagging, hanging and racking clothing

Organize racks, merchandise clothing

Operate the sales register

Assist in cleaning and maintaining the condition of the store and racks.

Assist in social media tasks as needed.

Will be sorting and in taking clothing as a buyer after initial sales associates training.

We are looking for the following: Employees with outgoing personalities. Mature attitudes. Must have good fashion sense and a good grasp of current fashion trends. Understands that timeliness and hardwork is necessary to thrive here. Must be someone who rarely misses a scheduled shift (average employees nationwide misses 3 shifts a year) If this sounds too few for you, then Uptown likely is not for you. We need employees that understand that frequent callouts make it hard to smoothly run a business. Must be available 25-30 hours a week or more. Able to work 4 weekend days a month.
