Job Title: Sales Director
Kenmar Shirts is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts through CRM management, social media marketing, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to acquire new accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and training as needed
- Utilize Pipedrive CRM to automate sales processes, track KPIs, and analyze sales performance
- Conduct regular meetings with sales reps to ensure they're meeting targets and provide support where needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies
- Hire, train, and manage new sales representatives to expand our sales team
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM management, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar software
