    Job Summary We are a whole body, wellness and chiropractic office seeking a highly motivated and SALE-ORIENTED Office Manager to join our team. The Sales Lead/Office Manager will be responsible for providing staff support to ensure efficient growth of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a true desire to help the community prevent surgery and medications by seeking a corrective chiropractic approach, as well as: excellent sales and communication skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Overall clinic performance and in-charge of profitability
    • Conduct interviews for staff and follow hiring and termination processes for employees
    • Supervise and train other office support staff as needed
    • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies -Self-motivated tasks like finding out how to get an error working or finding someone who does.
    • Assist the doctor with the recommendations for the patient and perform pre-exams with patients
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and marketing arrangements
    • Maintain office electronic-filing systems and databases
    • Assist/run event planning and coordination
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Handle patient concerns and be able to overcome in a professional manner

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with chiropractic and/or experience in a chiropractic role is preferred
    • Sale/Retail experience
    • Proven experience as a HIGH SALES performer
    • Experience in social media and business marketing
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to lead a team and delegate appropriate tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/iMac Office/Google Drive Documents
    • Knowledge of basic system principles and following processes
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
    • Some college or a college degree
