Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing their Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of their business. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions that enhance our Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
Develop and implement Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Perform regular data audits and data cleansing to ensure data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and provide user support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features and implement the best practices.
Train and support users in Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
Salesforce Administrator certification or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
