We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: System Administration: Manage and customize Salesforce, including user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, permissions, and security settings.Customization: Configure and enhance the platform using tools like Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.Data Management: Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, de-duplication, and importing/exporting data.User Support & Training: Troubleshoot end-user issues, deliver training, and create user documentation.Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to meet business and stakeholder needs.Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms.System Upgrades: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, implement new features, and recommend platform enhancements.Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and implement solutions within Salesforce. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and automation tools. • Proficient in data management tools. • Experience creating and managing reports and dashboards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exemplary time management abilities. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). Preferred Qualifications: • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 yearly
