    Salesforce Business Analyst (2 positions)

    Job Summary The Salesforce Business Analyst play a strategic role, leading complex projects, influencing business decisions, and mentoring junior analysts. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. o Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. o Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce implementation. o Understands use cases, technical requirements, and functional product requirements, and translate them into Product Backlog items. o Assist the Product Owner(s) and the Agile Team in refining the backlog items. o Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. o Manage user roles, security settings, and data access. o Have experience in full lifecycle deliveries using an iterative approach such as Agile or Scrum o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. o Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. o Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues. o Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features. o Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. o Recommend and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce usage. Required Skills & Experience · 5+ years of experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce solutions and business process improvements. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. · Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud etc.. · Salesforce certifications (preferred). · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data management and reporting tools.
