Job Description

Join our Business Operations Guild as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll be at the heart of driving technical solutions to empower our sales and account management teams. In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other tools
• Handle Salesforce integration with internal and external systems
• Troubleshoot and debug system errors and performance issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes across departments

At this time we are seeking Miami - Based candidates who can commute to our office. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mid to large-sized, sales-driven organization, preferably on a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Salesforce team
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (or II) Certification
• Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira
• Strong business analysis and functional skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with integration tools and processes (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets impact
