Role Overview: Join GG Homes as a Salesforce Developer and take charge of designing, building, and managing our Salesforce platform. We need a professional who excels in a fast-paced setting, values accuracy and is dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, which involve custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers. • Create and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components to enhance the Salesforce environment at GG Homes. • Integrate Salesforce with various systems through APIs, web services, and middleware to ensure seamless operations. • Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes. • Implement and oversee Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings, to maintain data integrity. • Perform routine system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and ensure the overall health of the system is maintained. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities. • Continuously optimize Salesforce processes and provide recommendations for scaling and improving performance. Qualifications: • To qualify for the position of Salesforce Developer at GG Homes in San Diego, CA, US, you need to have the following: Hold Basic Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin Certification, and Developer Platform Certifications. • Have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components. • Showcase experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems through APIs and web services. • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. • Show proficiency in Python and JavaScript. • Bonus Points: Previous experience with additional CRM platforms. • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. • Prior experience in the real estate industry. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
