    Position Overview:

    Palladin Technologies is seeking a talented Salesforce Innovation Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that drive business innovation and digital transformation. This role focuses on both technical development and strategic planning, working closely with business stakeholders to create custom solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer engagement, and align with organizational objectives.

    The Salesforce Innovation Developer will focus on executing technical development tasks while contributing to innovation efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    Salesforce Development

    • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
    • Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, triggers, and validation rules to enhance Salesforce functionality. Integrate Salesforce with external systems (using REST, SOAP APIs, etc.) and other platforms for seamless data flow and business automation.

    Innovation and Solution Design Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop innovative Salesforce-based solutions.

    • Stay updated with Salesforce innovations, including new releases, AppExchange tools, and third-party technologies, to recommend new functionalities.
    • Participate in the design and development of proof-of-concept prototypes to validate solution designs.

    Strategic Planning and Consultation

    • Provide strategic consulting on Salesforce best practices, technology trends, and emerging tools that can drive business innovation.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
    • Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with the overall digital strategy and business goals.

    Quality Assurance and Optimization

    • Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance.
    • Conduct code reviews, testing (unit tests, system integration), and deployment of Salesforce solutions using CI/CD tools.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for improvement.

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Collaborate with project managers, designers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

    Qualifications (3–5+ years)

    Experience

    • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on innovation or custom solution delivery.
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying Salesforce Lightning applications (LWC, Aura), Apex, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

    Certifications

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
    • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
    • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Architect or App Builder are a plus.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), APIs (REST, SOAP), and database management.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for continuous integration and deployment.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Adaptability and openness to learning new technologies and Salesforce releases.

    Preferred Experience

    • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, AI-driven tools, or other advanced Salesforce features.
    • Experience in industries such as media, telecommunications, or e-commerce, where innovative Salesforce solutions are in demand.
