VXForward has a great opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect - 100% Remote with one of our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data modeling, integration, and automation. The focus would be on Email Studio where a current design is already built but will need vetting and pushing forward into implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions. Working with a Salesforce Technical Architect to weigh in on the design and transmission of data between CRM and Marketing Cloud. Also, working with content creators and other Marketing internal team members.

Lead and mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices. Specifically working alongside a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Experience with the Marketing Cloud Connector and using Salesforce as the source of truth for Marketing Cloud contacts.

Ensure high standards of security and data compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Optionally: experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
