    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Software Developer with expertise in Litify , the legal practice management platform built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with Litify to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce and Litify.
    • Configure and customize Litify to align with business processes and user needs.
    • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
    • Ensure seamless integration between Litify and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
    • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce and Litify updates to recommend best practices and improvements.
    • Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience , with at least 1 year of experience working with Litify.
    • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
    • Familiarity with legal practice management workflows and case management systems is a plus.
    • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II ) preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
