Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar work experience in relevant field

MUST possess currently valid – Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – as a Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer – a minimum of over 5 years

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – with Salesforce integrations (using REST APIs, external systems)

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – with Apex classes, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Process Builder

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – with Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omnichannel)

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – with Salesforce user provisioning and cloud infrastructure

MUST possess hands-on Tableau or Power BI experience – Ability to build standard and custom reports in Salesforce and at least one other popular reporting technologies like Tableau / Power Bl

MUST possess 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience – with IT Maintenance and Operations (M&O) in a cloud-based environment (AWS preferred)

MUST be familiar with ITIL or defects / incident management processes (ex: Jira / HP-ALM)

MUST possess strong communication and team management skills

MUST be able to work in cross-functional team environment

MUST possess basic knowledge of cloud services and cloud-based systems

Desirable Qualifications:

Candidate with a master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar work experience in relevant field

Preferred candidate with Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Preferred candidate with hands-on Salesforce experience – with Salesforce Event-Driven Architecture (using Platform Events and Change Data Capture)

Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM))

Possesses knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog)
