About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager role. In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will work directly with potential clients in the e-commerce space, understand their needs, and provide tailored software solutions. If you're tech-savvy, have a strong sales background, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
As you excel in this role, there will be opportunities for growth and leadership responsibilities, eventually transitioning into a Sales Manager position where you’ll lead a team, develop sales strategies, and drive growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Identify client needs and provide customized software solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Work closely with the support and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- As you progress, assist in developing strategies and managing a growing sales team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-related industries.
- (Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and related tools/services.)
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and understand new software solutions.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets consistently.
- Ambition and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.
