First City Staffing is looking for a highly motivated outside sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion and drive for sales. This role requires you to be able to perform at top level in sales and marketing and have proven experience with staffing agencies.

This is a temp to hire position, with a 90-day conversion.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and ability to effectively use a CRM system.
• Proven experience with a staffing agency.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the Tri-State area to build personal connections with potential companies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Outstanding communication skills and adaptive sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and target companies for contract opportunities.
• Research and gather information on potential clients, including their staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with potential clients and build relationships.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms and industry events.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of leads, interactions, and other information about clients and leads.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
