You won’t just be managing the front desk—you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon. From greeting guests with a smile to educating them on our membership options (which truly help our guests save big!), your goal will be to make every visit smooth, special, and stress-free.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Driving membership and retail sales

Delivering an unforgettable guest experience from the first “hello”

Booking appointments with ease—both in person and by phone

Maintaining a clean, calm, and beautiful front-of-house environment

Supporting salon operations (inventory, organization, team morale!)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

1+ year of experience in customer service or retail sales

A positive attitude and love for helping others

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Weekend and evening availability

Experience with MindBody software? Even better!
