About the Role:

We are seeking a Salon Customer Service Manager to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage salon reception and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Oversee appointment scheduling and client communication

Train and supervise salon receptionists and customer service staff

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Coordinate with salon stylists and staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in salon or customer service management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of salon operations and customer service best practices

Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus

Salon Experience preferred but not an active cosmetologist
