We are seeking a talented and experienced Salon Front Desk Manager to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.

Responsibilities:

Manage salon appointments and schedules

Handle client inquiries and provide information about salon services

Oversee retail inventory and sales

Handle all customer inquiries and related issues

Train and support front desk team

Maintain front desk goals for yourself and your team

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a salon or spa setting

Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous Management or team leading experience

Proficiency in salon management software

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of beauty and hair care products

This is not a hairstylist position
