WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

Job Functions Include:

Keeping kids and parents smiling!

Strong haircutting skills with ability to mentor

Lead the team (by example), Train and Retain, Stylists

Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members

Oversee Daily Operations

Perform Bank drops

Scheduling Stylists

Maintaining a clean and well stocked store

Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace

Requirements:

Current Connecticut Barber or Cosmetology license

Friendly personality

Great with kids

Salon management experience

Willingness to actively promote sales of products and services to customers

Authorization to work in the United States
