JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Assist stylist with salon services, braiding, blow drying, and styling.

Some of the responsibilities including but not limited to:

Greet all guests and offer friendly, prompt and exceptional service

Manages the salon software, customer appointments and salon traffic flow

Sell hair care products

Disinfect all the store equipment and keep the store clean and tidy

Keep retail shelves stocked

Assist in salon marketing activities

Report to Salon Manager and/or Salon Owner

Making social media post

Multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.

Work with kids. Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness of salon.

Requirements:

Sales experience and able to educate clients on retail products

Should be able to work on weekends

Customer service experience preffered

Wear a smile

Legal to work in US

Cosmetology license optional

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WOULD BE ABLE TO RELATE TO KIDS AND ADULTS. HE/SHE WOULD CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND BE COMFORTABLE TAKING PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND DEVELOPING CONTENT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS. SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEIR WAY AROUND THE X-BOX AND A SMART TV WOULD BE A BIG PLUS.
