Role Description:

As a Snow and Salt Truck Driver at Lansing Lawn & Snow, you'll be responsible for snow removal and salt spreading using company-owned equipment. This seasonal role is ideal for those with experience in snow plowing or truck operation who are ready to handle winter challenges and contribute to maintaining safe, clear paths.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License (a MUST)

1-2 Years Experience Preferred

Reliable transportation and attendance

Ability to be on call for winter storms, including late nights and early mornings

Experience with operating required equipment and tools

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind) and perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Able to tolerate weather conditions

Responsibilities as a Snow and Salt Truck Driver at Lansing Lawn & Snow:

Perform snow removal using company-owned equipment (plow truck, tractor).

Spread salt using company-owned equipment (truck with salt spreader).

Inspect all aspects of work to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Complete required paperwork and/or data entry daily, following company policies and procedures.

Snow removal operations all hours – We work when it snows!
