You will provide the building maintenance services for support of on-site electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs of non-critical aspects of the Facility's buildings and grounds, as directed by the Project Manager, or data center operations personnel (“DCOps”).

Job Duties

•General area cleanup

•Touchup painting

•Tool inventory

•Door repair

•Mounting of signage

•Minor electrical tasks

Minor plumbing tasks

•Basic minor carpentry tasks

•Specific or immediate industrial cleaning tasks, as needed

•Light-duty mechanical tasks

•Hanging of wall art and shelving

•Dismantling and installation of furniture and cabinets

•Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for special meetings or events

•Snow removal during winter season.

•Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for special meetings or events

•Carpet cleaning and/or replacement

•Other tasks and special projects as designated by the Project Manager.
