As a Server at Salvaje Miami, you are the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your primary duties include:
Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through our menu offerings with enthusiasm and expertise.
Taking accurate orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen team.
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
Anticipating guests' needs and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
Collaborating closely with other team members to maintain a smooth and seamless service flow.
Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
English level must be fluent.
