Samples Making Specialist

Shift: Monday - Friday: 7 AM to 3 PM
Payrate: Negotiable in the 20's - let's talk!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sample Making Specialist to efficiently produce samples as required. This role will involve collaborating with production teams to ensure timely, high-quality sample creation while maintaining the standards for both internal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce all required samples within the deadlines set by operations.
• Follow established processes for producing existing products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Innovate and find the most efficient methods to produce new samples while meeting customer standards.
• Provide feedback on work instructions and suggest improvements based on hands-on experience.
• Identify and report issues with patterns, construction, quality, or functionality to R&D and production teams.
• Help establish garment production time.
• Assist with the launch of new products to production and support training for the line.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition and make recommendations for process efficiency.
• Advise on the best work center placement for new products to follow the SPF process.

• Participate in monthly sample meetings and offer feedback.
• Help team members resolve garment construction issues.
• Assist in meeting customer requirements during emergencies.
• Collaborate on developing new methods and improvements for job processes.
