Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot sandblasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document work processes and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sandblasting or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
