Sanford Rose is looking for multiple customer service representatives on both a TEMPORARY OR TEMPORARY TO HIRE basis for a rapidly growing insurance company in Altamonte Springs! You will provide customer service support for the claims department representatives by being the first line of communication for incoming callers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide incoming call customer service support to all company customers and other claim related parties
- Walk the caller through the process of their initial claim
- Gather accurate and complete information from callers
- Properly record and enter all newly reported claims
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite, timely and accurate manner
- Communicating with technical personnel regarding new claims and technical issues
- Provide documentation regarding claims process before, during, and after to assigned customers as required
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma, higher education a plus
- Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
- 2+ years of call center customer service experience REQUIRED
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and a customer service tracking software)
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
Work Schedule:
- 11am-8pm Monday-Saturday (Overtime Required)
- Sunday's - Highly encourage
- Must have own computer or laptop and direct internet connection (ability to connect to ethernet port in router or wall)
