Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Deep clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility spaces to keep our plant running at the highest standard • Use high-powered cleaning tools and follow detailed sanitation protocols — this is real, hands-on work that keeps food safe and systems running • Execute cleaning schedules with consistency and precision, working independently and as part of a team • Conduct inspections to make sure equipment is spotless and production-ready • Complete daily logs and checklists to ensure compliance with food safety regulations • Communicate with supervisors and the Quality team to report any sanitation or equipment issues • Work in a cool, wet environment where no two nights are ever exactly the same Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time • Willingness to get your hands dirty — this is physical, high-impact work that matters • Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a fast-paced production environment • Flexible schedule availability, especially for overnight or 3rd shift , when sanitation is in full swing • A team player who’s dependable, responsible, and focused on safety • Prior experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is great, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude Compensation: $17.27 hourly
