    Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday (open availability required)
    Hours: 38–40 hours per week
    Pay: Competitive, based on experience ($21 to $25+ per hour)

    Job Summary:
    We’re hiring a Saucier / Sauté Chef with 4–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen. You’ll need to move with urgency, stay organized, and consistently deliver beautifully executed dishes. Must have strong pan control, sauce work, and a sharp eye for timing. This role requires speed, precision, and the ability to thrive in a team that holds high standards for every plate that leaves the kitchen.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 4–5 years of professional sauté station experience

    • High-level knife skills and multitasking ability

    • Experience in upscale, busy restaurants

    • Deep understanding of heat control, sauces, and pan techniques

    • Clean, professional, and dependable

    • English-speaking and able to communicate clearly under pressure
